Microsoft Project
Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system
Preparing charts, diagrams, tables, and flowcharts
Planning and preparing technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development
Writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program
Experience/Demonstrated knowledge of User Acceptance Testing
Supporting applications and hardware problems
