This candidate does not need to have a background in development or the hands on technical experience but DOES need to have an extensive systems analyst background with a focus more on Omni Channel domain and process experience, along with analytical/documentation abilities. 10+ years’ experience in retail B2C eCommerce
Business/Systems Analysis Experience at NRF Top 100 Retailers Like:

Kohl’s
Nordstrom
Familiar with, and experience improving website metrics, such as:
Conversion
SEO
Search Relevancy
