We have an urgent requirement for System Analyst with our direct client
Position: System Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Austin, Texas
Minimum Requirements:-
Experience developing, planning and configuring sales and service technology solutions according to design; pro-actively assessing business needs of program to plan, implement and deploy technology solutions to address automation needs (8 Years)
Experience providing application programming/systems development and support in Salesforce Platform environment; experience planning and executing service component function test validations (5 Years)
Experience providing Salesforce Platform product and procurement consultations, producing technical documentation, and providing knowledge transfer (5 Years)
Experience with analysis, integration, support and administration of Salesforce Platform tools, including Collaborative, Mobile and Cloud options (5 Years)
Ability to identify implementation risks and analyze potential impact on the achievement of scheduled objectives (5 Years)
Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy (5 Years)
Skill in articulate and effective oral and written communication and consensus building (5 Years)
Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making (5 Years)
Ability to convey complex and highly-technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with technical teams and business customers in a professional office environment; ability to provide excellent customer service (5 Years)
Preferred:-
Knowledge and experience with migrating, integrating and administration of Salesforce products, including Collaborative, Mobile and Cloud environments (5 years)
Knowledge and experience with the Texas Child Support program or Texas Child Support Enforcement Systems (1 years)
Knowledge of the Department of Information Resources Data Center Services program (1 years)
