Business Analysis
Requirements gathering Assessment for a work track
Analyzing and documenting the requirements, work flows, and process flows
Collaborates create solutions leveraging the Amdoc''s product catalog and best practices
Interact and present to the leadership committee
System Analysis - Technical Experience / familiarity
Data bases, API, and technical integration flow understanding
Understand micro services flows between systems
Lead semi technical audiences & present technical flow
Explain call flow within billing system
NOYE: They don’t need to be Architects or coders, just mid level tech experience.
Industry Experience
Telco experience at AT&T, TMO, and others
Billing Flow, Customer Maintenances, CRM, Accounting - Anything Operational
BSS - Billing System Support
OSS - Operational Support Systems
