Job Description:
1. Business Analysis
o Requirements gathering Assessment for a work track
o Analyzing and documenting the requirements, work flows, and process flows
o Collaborates create solutions leveraging the Amdoc''s product catalog and best practices
o Interact and present to the leadership committee
2. System Analysis - Technical Experience / familiarity
o Data bases, API, and technical integration flow understanding
o Understand micro services flows between systems
o Lead semi technical audiences & present technical flow
o Explain call flow within billing system
o NOYE: They don’t need to be Architects or coders, just mid level tech experience.
3. Industry Experience:
o Telco experience at AT&T, TMO, and others
o Billing Flow, Customer Maintenances, CRM, Accounting - Anything Operational
· BSS - Billing System Support
· OSS - Operational Support Systems
