The selected Consultant(s) will work closely with designated DPS IT staff and members of the Infrastructure Distributed Systems Support (DSS) team to, as directed, support the migration of systems currently running in the Department of Public Safety (DPS) infrastructure to the State of Ohio Private Cloud and/or support the ongoing operation of DPS systems. The selected Consultant will bring overall experience and knowledge of infrastructure with the following:

Required (with 4 or more years of verifiable experience):
Maintaining Microsoft Windows Servers (current and recent versions),
Using appropriate technology tools to collect and document information on the population of servers and storage (database, block, and file storage),

Selected consultant will have experience with TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) specifically the consultant must have:

3 or more years of verifiable experience utilizing Tivoli Storage Manager as an Enterprise class backup and archival tool where an advanced knowledge is required,

The SA3 will work under the direction of Information Technology Supervisors, Project Managers, and/or team lead Infrastructure Specialists. They will execute assignments and report status and issues as appropriate.

Document current state of infrastructure assignments.
· Monitor project target dates and milestones to ensure work is on schedule. Take corrective actions if an assignment begins to slip its schedule.
· Prepare status reports on a periodic basis for program team, team leads, group leads, and program manager and appropriate stakeholders.
· Communicate and work with technical staff and others as necessary.
· Analyze and distribute reports on program metrics associated with work items related to improving processing performance measures
· Perform knowledge transfer to DPS staff by documenting, mentoring, and/or teaching a small class on a specific topic

· Strong communication/ leadership skills.
· Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
· Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
· Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
· Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
· Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
· Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
· Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.

Mandatory Requirements/Time
· 4-5 years Technical development experience maintaining infrastructure
· 3+ years maintaining Microsoft servers
· 3+ years maintaining a Storage Attached Network (EMC and/or IBM storage a plus)
· 1+ years writing Powershell scripts is preferred (not mandatory
