Job Description :
Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with 6 years of directly related work experience;
Windows Server experience, must include both 2008 and 2012.
Experience with basic troubleshooting a Linux or UNIX server
Experience within virtualized environments
Experience configuring NTFS and Share permissions
Proven leadership skills in a complex customer-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
environment.
Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, communication, organizational
skills and customer service.
Candidates are required to participate in on call duty


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft server 2008/2012/2016 installation/performance tuning/troubleshooting
One or more industry recognized IT certifications (MCSA,MCSE)
Understanding of ITIL practices is preferred.
Understanding of IT service delivery
Working knowledge of Active Directory and group policy administration
Working knowledge of Backup & Storage technologies
Working knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Switches & VPN Technologies
Working knowledge of Windows Terminal Server
Working knowledge of Office 365 administration
Working knowledge of AV/endpoint protection
Working knowledge of wireless technologies and mobile device management (AirWatch a plus)
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft office 2010/2013/2016
Working knowledge of Microsoft WSUS and SCCM
Working knowledge of Microsoft scripting technologies
