Position Description:

Manages support tickets within a ticket tracking system; has ability to prioritize issues and projects.
Participates in on-call support rotation for after-hours technical support.
Perform system and application administration tasks on both purchased and home grown solutions.
Create documentation for new support procedures.
Maintain custom/homegrown Java and .Net applications/integrations.

Minimum Skills required:

3-5 years (or more) of system or application administration experience desired.
3-5 years (or more) of programming (Java preferred) experience desired.
