VDI – converting over to virtualization
Imaging machines and systems
Back end, servers – server projects up coming in January

This is an exciting opportunity in the Information Technology Infrastructure service area.
The Enterprise Information Technology Engineer will be a lead engineer in the Infrastructure and Customer Support team.
The ideal candidate must be able to provide support for IT Infrastructure and services, including Active Directory, Servers and desktop virtualization and mobile client devices.
As an Enterprise Information Technology Engineer, you will need to have strong technical leadership skills, be able to work well with both technical and non-technical staff, and have excellent communication skills.
In this position, you will need to be able to own, manage, and complete projects from beginning to end in a timely fashion and must be able to work in a dynamic environment with a mixture of operational tasks and project assignments.
This recruitment may be used to fill multiple positions in this, or other divisions or departments.

1. Job Expertise

Demonstrates knowledge of and experience with, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting at least two of the following technologies in an enterprise infrastructure:
Windows Server 2008/2012 R2
Active Directory
Group Policies
Virtual Server Management (VMware or Hyper-V)
VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Experience managing Windows infrastructure service such as DHCP, DNS, subnets, gateways, etc.
Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Active Directory & Windows 2012/2008 servers.
Experience managing and troubleshooting client devices including desktops, laptops, and tablets.
Experience installing and supporting client devices'' operating systems and standard applications.
Experience managing mobile devices using MDM.
Experience managing Windows security patches (WSUS) and Antivirus servers (TrendMicro
Powershell scripting and automation is desired.
Experience in reviewing and analyzing system logs, identifying system. issues, applying remediation, and performing system preventative maintenance.
Experience creating and updating technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
