Syrainfotek is looking for Business Development Manager who has experience in Salesforce Area
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Term: Long Term

Develop a business strategy and execute the business development plan.
o Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and company financials
o Examine the risk and potential of new and existing ventures and develop quotes and proposals for or against new or current ventures
o Evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending any equity investments if required
o Understanding and comprehending complex contracts and provide recommendations as such
o Developing matrices using Business Intelligence software to provide useable information to the president of the company.
o Develop close relationships with Software development and recruiting personnel in the United States and abroad.
o Participate as a member of the senior management team and contribute to the development and refinement of company vision, goals and strategy.

Drive sales revenue planning, develop business growth targets and strategies to accomplish them.
o Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of any new ventures with current company strategies and operations.
o Develop realistic sales goals and ensuring they are met.
o Work closely with management to define the top business development priorities and objectives.
o Create a customer focus program to achieve desired sales results in complete program implementation and consultant recruiting.
o Interpret the needs of customers in a timely and accurate manner

Develop and create strategies to help expand the company's presence as part of the Business Development Initiative.
o Prioritize participation in events including, forward planning and scheduling.
o Liaise with marketing to create sales assets to be used in business development efforts.
o Liaise with current customers and present solutions to all levels of customers.
o Perform follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Maintain Industry awareness and expertise related to current needs and future trends.
o Collaborate with Marketing on market analysis, campaigns, and materials.
o Able to communicate IT terminology, Consulting capabilities of the company and Software implementation process techniques available for development of new products to be officered to new and existing clients on a timely basis. This work will include existing and new software and consultation needs of the clients.
