Description:
* More than 8 years of experience in Application Development/Management/Support along with software development or software integration projects
* A minimum of 4 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role
* A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly
* Requirement gathering/analysis/fitment, Oracle suite of products, SOAP, REST, HTTPS, FTP, Java, Oracle
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Passionate about learning new technologies
Additional Description:
* As an Sybase / Oracle Systems Engineering Operation team lead to provide guidance to other team members in supporting existing functionality in production and act as a resource to junior staff members, supporting the existing systems
* Role as shift manager to manage ticket queue and set expectations on service requests and incidents
* Coordinate with Oracle support for the resolution of problems and bugs
* Install, Upgrade and patch grid, database binaries 11g, 12c and 12c OEM agent for SAP and non-sap
* ASM Storage migrations and maintenance on standalone and rac instances
* Build oracle database servers in VM and provision databases
* Install OID and Oracle gateway for teradata
* Troubleshoot and assist DBA’s in case of performance issues
* Work with Oracle Platinum Support on exadata issues.
