Job Description:
Tasks include but not limited to:
Attend meetings with program area responsible for the MDS cost reports application.
Using in-house technology to rewrite application, as per specs from BA.
Gaining knowledge of MDS system to create justification for chosen in-house technology for rewrite.
Working with BA on application documentation.
Working with staff to program application.
Programming new application in recommended environment.
Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
Each candidate should fill out the months of experience they have for each item in the table:
1. 84 months Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Object Oriented Systems and Design (OOSD) focusing primarily in Java. # of months 10
2. 72 months Experience advanced data querying with Sybase and Oracle. # of months 10
3. 60 months Experience creating database objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, Triggers, Cursors, user defined data types and ERD diagrams. # of months 10
4. 72 months Experience working with business analyst on new application development. # of months 10
5. 36 months programming in CGI/Perl. # of months 10
6. 60 months Experience managing/directing development teams and acting technical architect on a development team. # of months 10
7. 72 months Experience working on financial/insurance applications. # of months 10
8. Certifications in any of the following technologies: Java, .Net, Sybase, Oracle, SAS, TA # of months 10
