Contract to hire ideally. Probably 6 months cth. But they will also consider straight perm if the candidate is a fit and they insist

Notes from the manager: This person will be responsible for overseeing 7 SMT lines at our client’s SMT Manufacturing/PCB Assembly shop in Richardson. Balancing and optimizing performance/process and making sure things run smoothly. The duties mention leading a team, but this isn't really a managerial role, the team reports to a manufacturing supervisor. This role just works with the supervisor to make sure things keep running. they are more of an individual contributor. They do not have to have experience with any specific type of SMT tools, in fact the more varied background they have the better as Fujitsu uses a bunch of different tool manufacturers.
