Position: Support Technician
Number of Openings: 10
Job Req Duration: This would be initially a 60 day SOW contract and in that time budgetary processes will get worked through that will enable a 6 month extension.
Start Date: Looking for the resources to start ASAP once identified
Job location: Working out of the Madisonville MO location

Support Technician

Seeking Support Technician for troubleshooting/support of Windows 2012 server-based Business Activity Monitoring Dashboard system. Takes in numerous data feeds to renders graphical status of workflow/queues for Wire, ACH, and Check Operations staff to use to assess workload status. Initially support function, potential to assist in development of additional dashboards.

The position is to provide support for Business Activity Monitoring solutions that have recently been stood up. Built on Axway’s ADI application (Axway Decision Insight), the app receives data feeds from multiple systems, performs computations and provides visual representations of where the work is, e.g. is a check stuck in some exceptions queue.

Technical skills:

MUST HAVES & REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years of XML
2+ years of IIS server
2+ years of SQL
Experience with Open systems and Windows 2012

2+ years of CAMEL development
Java Development experience
