Job Description:
Production Support Experience
· Should have experience of working on Production Support projects with SLA’s.
· Understands the support workflow at different levels L1 /L2/L3 and Business teams.
· Worked on any job scheduling tools like Autosys ,Tidal
· Used any tool for workflow tracking like Service Now Experience in Finance Domain
· Should have experience of working in Finance domain based projects.
· Should understand the Trade lifecycle and the different stages involved
. Experience of working on Windows based services.
· Should be able to login to Windows hosts and able to check the logs and other parameters for debugging.
· Should have knowledge of IIS , MSTSC and Services on Windows hosts.
· Ability to schedule tasks and configure services on windows hosts
.Knowledge on working on Linux would be good to have
· Should know the basic commands in Linux and their usage like grep ,find ,ls ,echo etc
.Good Communication Skills.
