Job Title Support Engineer, Information Security

Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Perform support activities, diagnose & correct performance problems in OES environment.
2. Perform maintenance activities like patching, upgrade, server health check etc
3. Develop, enhance and monitor security service APIs
4. Document and publish the policies standards for application teams
Candidate Experience & Skills
1. Experience
a. Overall 8+ years
b. 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Entitlement Server
2. Must have technical skills:
a. Oracle Entitlement Server
b. Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)
c. Oracle Access Manager
d. Java
e. SSL - configuring certificates; Setting up two-way SSL/TLS connections
f. Good understanding of Linux environment
3. Nice to have technical skills:
a. Experience with scripting languages
b. Experience of supporting IT applications in a high visibility position in a large enterprise
c. Ability to configure vended applications, develop policies per vended tool capability, manage and update configurations, getting work done from vendor technical team
