Role: IT Support Engineer
Duration: 6-12 months to Hire

VOIP – Lync – Skype for Business Support
Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Lync 2013/Skype for Business & Architecture to support common RTC applications (IM, Audio/Video, Federation and Mobile connectivity)
Experience with migrating existing PBX systems to Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business), Powershell scripting experience.
1-2 years of experience with VOIP phone support- troubleshooting, basic implementation - any VOIP phone system including Avaya, Shortel, or Cisco.
Other current technology includes Polycom VOIP phones, Sonus Session Border Controllers.
Administer and support Active Directory, Certificate, DNS & Microsoft Lync 2013 topology changes
Proactively monitor operational status, capacity, and performance of supported platforms
