Supply Chain Operations Specialist - On behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector Procom Services is looking for one Supply Chain Operations Specialist responsible for manage production-planning activities to maximize the use of the organization resources and meet established production specifications and schedules.

Supply Chain Operations Specialist Job Details

Data extraction, cleaning and analyzing for Visual Management Board (VMB) and other Transaction Center reporting requirements with SCM.
Support process improvement initiative via the VMB and is accountable for developing efficiencies and/or process improvements.

Transaction Center system support related to P2P processing in SAP.
Support the development of procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) including assembling key data to enable reporting on performance for the VMB.
Metrics reporting as requested for Procurement Transaction Center.
Develop custom and ad hoc reporting.

Supply Chain Operations Specialist Mandatory Skills

Visual Management Board (VMB) and other Transaction Center reporting requirements with SCM.
Supporting the development KPIs.
Strong PowerPoint skills.

Volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
Degree and 7 plus years of related experience.
Proven application of relevant knowledge of Supply Chain systems (SAP/Oracle) in normal business situations without use of reference guides/assistance.
Advanced computer skills required – MS Office Suites; specifically MS Excel pivot tables.


Supply Chain Operations Specialist Nice to Have Skills

Preferred Prior Supply chain planning experience in oil and gas.
