Role Description:

Network voice Phone IMAC , video conferencing equipment configuration

Essential Skills
5-6 years of experience in Avaya Contact Centre Technology, Avaya PBX, Avaya CMS, Nice/Verint Recording.
2-3 years of experience in Siemens PBX.
Hands on experience in Configuration, Troubleshooting & Administration of Avaya gateways not limited to S8700,G650,ESS 8500
3-4 Years of experience of Managing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM
Recent hands on experience with ACM 6.x and 5.x
Administrative, accounting and reporting support for voice services
Phone based voice Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes (IMACs) in accordance with SR process
Remote preventative/Patch maintenance for Voice Devices.
Experience in Avaya Aurora Manager (Site Administration), BridgeTalk & iConference (Avaya CRS Front End MX)
Administration knowledge of Avaya CMS Server Version 17
Administration knowledge of Recording Solution.
Administration knowledge of Audix & Modular Massaging
Configuration, Troubleshooting & Administration knowledge of ISDN, IP Trunking
Configuration & Troubleshooting problems related to VAL, CLAN, IPSI boards.
Configuration, Troubleshooting & Administration Knowledge of VDN & Vectoring
Coordination with Third Party suppliers as necessary (i.e., communications, escalations

Desirable Skills
Basic knowledge of Session Manager, System manager and Aura Platforms.
Knowledge of Cisco CME and CUE
Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably Service Now)
Knowledge of ITIL Processes
ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
