SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead- Certified Consultant Required
Location: Primarily Remote; Travel to Cleveland, Ohio expected between 25-50%

Candidate must be able to start on March 5th without restriction

EC Lead- Employee Central Certification Required

Required Skills and Experience:

You will be expected to lead Employee Central functional workshops and configuration sessions for a mid-sized client with minimal support from the Project team. Must be comfortable discussing Employee Central key concepts and design strategy, and be able to advise concerning Employee Central best practices. Will work with SuccessFactors delivered documentation materials to draft requirements and relay to technical and offshore teams. Will be responsible for some configuration, but will receive assistance from Project Team. Will work directly with Capgemini Project Manager and Solution Architect to understand how EC build fits into overall strategy, but needs to be a strong presence during the initial workshops.

Must be an excellent communicator and strong writer, with ability to capture detailed notes and relay HR functional and technical concepts to project leadership. Experience leading or co-facilitating Employee Central workshops should adequately prepare for the role.

You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor''s Degree.
Certification: MUST have SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (Associate or Professional)
Should be familiar with Employee Central Configuration
Should be proficient with respect to completion of Employee Central Configuration Workbooks, Workshops, Requirements Gathering, and User Testing sessions
Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors cross-module integration, and HR/Payroll concepts preferred
