Job Description:
The primary role of the SAP SuccessFactors Support Lead is to represent the interests of the business in support, development of reporting, system and process solutions for cloud solutions. To fill this role, having knowledge of the business is required. Sound knowledge of technology and the development life-cycle is essential as both of these functions allow the individual to function as the communications channel between technical and business users.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that the delivered solution fulfills the needs of the business (should be involved in decisions related to the business requirements)
Performs requirements analysis, documentation, testing, ad-hoc reporting, user support and product leadership
Produces detailed business process flows, functional requirements specifications and data models and communicates these requirements to the design and build teams
Prioritizes and balances competing priorities
Plans and authors the required functional SDLC documentation, requirements documentation, and user documentation set
Leads offshore development team in support of project level deliverables Competencies
Users Technical and Functional Experience: Possesses up to date knowledge of the processes and industry; is regarded a SAP HCM expert in the technical/functional area; accesses and uses other expert resources when appropriate. Has experience and or a certification on SuccessFactors Employee Central and downstream Talent Modules.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements 6+ years’ experience with relevant projects or implementations of SuccessFactors modules Critical Skills
Minimum Five (5) years of related work experience in the field of business analysis and supporting information systems including SAP SuccessFactors LMS, PMS, Compensation modules. Certifications on SuccessFactors LMS, PMS, Compensation, Employee Central and downstream Talent Modules.
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders supporting Human Resources applications.
Works independently with minimal supervision.
