Position: SharePoint Developer (Strictly on W2!!)
Location: Portland, OR

Duration: 6+ Months (contract to hire)

Description:
Developer Requirements
Developers should be able to handle the entire life cycle of SharePoint development: business systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support. Service requests range from small site changes to significant new sites with workflows, document libraries, and other functions.

Key requirements are:
Onsite periodically to build relationships and work on significant requirements; we envision that the onsite requirement should reduce itself to once weekly, depending on a successful transition
Available while offsite to discuss requirements and issues as well as providing incidental support

Client-facing Requirements
Client is used to a dedicated developer, who has worked through the incidental backlog of fixes rapidly while working on longer projects.
Their backlog reflects a number of small support activities as well as ongoing projects.
The demand varies but inevitably, some team decides that they need a new application that SharePoint addresses
