This position is for Strategic Program manager with Strong Product management & business analytics experience

Candidate will be working with business owners and operations and technology team
Measure and highlight key KPI’s to demonstrate the value created by investments in operations and technology across all programs, including operational health.
Manage TBM processes including technology program roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning with a more “strategic lens” in conjunction with our product, regional, and technology partners.
Manage the portfolio cost and make recommendations to leadership and business partners on how to reprioritize/ optimize the portfolio.
Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial forecasts (annual and quarterly) within and across programs to drive overall delivery goals of Better, Cheaper, and Faster.
Work with business partners to align and prioritize business and technology roadmaps and develop solutions to future business opportunities by helping to define economic measures and supporting business cases.
Work with technology and operations partners to drive the quality, health and throughput of our platforms and our engineering organization.
Assess program and platform health with respect to risk and compliance in partnership with Business Operations and Development partners.
Required experience:
· Strong Analytic skills required
· Product management and business analytics
· Process improvement
· Advance level Excel/Access for analysis is highly preferred
· Prior Experience with Digital Payment product is nice to have
Open for nonlocal/skype call but in person interview are highly preferred.

Responsible for being involved in coordination and discussion from the product development side.
Collect data for analysis and look at the business world maps.

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience
Good Analytical Skills
Software Engineering (Worked with O&T Software Development life cycle, metrics, product development)
