Roles & Responsibilities
Onsite Lead for the Storage Team
Lead the teams technically and represent the Storage Tower
Manage, administer and Monitor Day to Hitachi VSP and HUSVM storage units
Manage, administer and monitor EMC Isilon storage units
Perform SAN switch zoning and Host group creation
Manage Storage Performance monitoring of the Hitachi and EMC environment
Troubleshooting Storage and SAN switch related issues
Resolve day to day Incident and Service request related to Storage related issues / requirements
Prepare & update SOP and design documents
Facilitate audit requirements
