Experience in Planning, Designing, Implementation and Administration of Storage and Backup technologies.
Extensive experience in supporting Mission Critical Enterprise Storage Solution - Pure Storage, Hitachi VSP, Hitachi Unified Storage, Netapp. Commvault and NetBackup.
Expertise in onsite/offshore co-ordination for the project support delivery.
Implement, Deploy and support Data Storage and Backup Solutions according to Business needs.
Client SPOC for Storage & Backup support delivery.
Architect, Design, Strategize & Implement IT Infrastructure components for Storage and Backup technologies.
Onsite /Offshore coordination for the delivery support
Preparing site specific Best Practice documentation for Data Storage and Backup Solutions
IT Process Improvement
Be a technical Subject matter expert responsible for providing production support for critical project during crisis.
