Role:- OMS functional consultant with Sterling OMS
Location:- Wayne, NJ
Duration:- Full Time
Technical Skills:-
Must have:
Complete e-Commerce flow and process
Must have worked on design and as an OMS functional consultant for 10+ yrs on Order Management applications of medium to large size.
Integration functional knowledge with respect carrier, payment and merchandising systems
Experience in at least in two full cycle implementations
Experience in designing interface / authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion is must
Experience in preparing design documents / test scripts / Test execution in functional testing/system integration testing
Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills to communicate with business and senior management.
Proven problem solving skills
Retail Domain knowledge is must
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Interacting with customer and focus on discovering customer needs and finding out how to best meet them.
Ability to prioritize tasks, execute them by complying to processes and towards timely completion. Follow all the customer processes.
Document all the order management requirement by discussing with business and various integration leads
Provide timely status reporting to the customer.
Proactive and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and analytical skills
Client / Vendor interaction, responding to their requests in a timely and appropriate manner
Status and metrics reporting
