POSITION DESCRIPTION

Sofbang is hiring a Staff Augmentation Inside Sales Representatives. We''re looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills. A doer who is optimistic about possibilities, passionate about his work, and takes thoughtful risks to achieve his goals, a Self-Starter and go-getter.

RESPONIBILITIES
Market and sell our suite of services by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
Utilizes various lists and resources to identify prospects.
Conducts cold calls to introduce services
Schedule phone and in-person appointments utilizing multiple communication channels (phone, email, marketing campaigns
Develop relationships with potential and current referral sources.
Develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision maker''s Human Capital Management needs, determining which services are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
Project a positive image consistent with our values in representing Service-chex to clients.
Strive to consistently gain technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to stay agile and
Supports various marketing campaigns.
Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
EDUCATION
Bachelor''s Degree.
Certification/Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred
SKILLS
Ability to be assumptive while using an outbound sales call approach
Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
Strong verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
Strong computer aptitude
