Sofbang has an immediate need for a Staff Augmentation (IT Staffing Services) to join our team. We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial individual who can personally drive IT Staffing by working in close coordination with the sales team members, our potential customers, and our sourcing specialist to match opportunities with candidates, and ensure an effective admin process is in place. A winning candidate will have experience be highly effective at matching people with job openings, and enjoy connecting with people and building lasting relationships. This position will be engaging in sourcing and administrative activities. Our work environment is fun and friendly but very fast paced!

Experience working in either a staff augmentation or consulting services environment
Manage own requisition load and full life-cycle recruiting process.
Proven track record of headhunting, network recruiting, and pipeline recruiting
Ability to assess talent against technical competencies and significant experience in recruiting for the following skill sets: Business Analysts, Project Management, Java, C#, C++ developers. Infrastructure Architect, Engineers, Operations, and other technology professionals
Experience with passive recruiting and building relationships/network to generate referrals
Proficient in the use of various candidate sources including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn, social networking sites, ATS etc.
Track record working with hiring managers to gather project documentation and write accurate job descriptions in order to make them more "market friendly"
Recent experience recruiting for candidates in the IT Technology Space
Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding goals

3+ years of experience recruiting in Information Technology Contractor Staff
Must be a self-starter and capable of multitasking
Strong technology business acumen required
Strong influencing and communication skills required
Positive attitude and professional demeanor; ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability and desire to coach and develop other professionals
Excellent consultation and negotiation skills
Strong oral and verbal written skills with ability to communicate with all levels
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
