Looking for candidates with Microsoft Dynamics OR CRM experience.
Must have Strong C#/.Net Development, Web APi''s, (Web Services very important) , C# and a good understanding of design patterns and and self driven.
1. The enterprise goal (which Pierre owns) is to consolidate into a single, global CRM platform -> MS Dynamics CRM.
2. Manager’s team owns one of the legacy platforms, Orion, which is built on Seibel.
3. This project is to decom Orion and build interfaces in MS Dynamics instead.
4. They are actually extending MS Dynamics internal web services, which is why MS Dynamics are so important.
Responsible for development of application using C# and .net. Maintain development activities that support MS Dynamics CRM development, ensuring high quality work. Understanding current .NET technological trends. Demonstrable detailed understanding of design principles and methods, technology and standards. Interact with business users and Business Analysts to understand the requirements and create design documents. Work with project Managers and development leads to complete assigned tasks and with expected quality and on time.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendor resources. Skills: Knowledge of authoring tools and human interface. Must be experienced with performance aspects of application development. Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools and specification representation. MCP +internet or other certifications like Win 95/98/NT/Unix, Java Script, VB Script, PERL, XML, HTML, SQL Server, Oracle, Progress, MS Front Page, Cold Fusion, Visual Interdev, ActiveX and Java Applets, ISAPI/NSAPI or MS IIS. Knowledge of web design principles and standards, firewall and network security and Internet database connectivity.

Subject matter expert in:
-Expert skills in C#, Web Services Development
-Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM data structure and related database tables, views and indexes
- In-depth hands-on knowledge in customizing fields, forms, attributes, views and reports in Microsoft CRM
-In-depth hands-on knowledge of the xRM framework and Dot Net Integration.
-Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues
-Ability to develop CRM plugins
-Should be able to do advanced JavaScript Web services calls
-Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM Web API, REST/ODATA, WCF and SOAP endpoints.
-Visual Studio and TFS experience
-Strong skills in troubleshooting the code, problem solving and critical thinking skills
