Role: Sr iOS/Android Developer
Work location: Chicago, IL
Contract duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Mobile architect on android/IOS platform to work in a fast-paced environment
Understands product requirements and ensures the design satisfies the application
Manages all aspects of the design and development process from concept, development and release
Manages an iterative development lifecycle (development, debugging, testing, deployment)
Experience in mentorship & governance
Produces technical documentation & develop POCs
Contributes to best practices and team processes
Provide professional and technical leadership, innovative ideas, and identify opportunities to enhance the mobile architecture.
Create and articulate the case for change by highlighting the potential business/customer benefits.
Complete understanding on mobile architecture (native/hybrid architectures) and should have hands-on experience in programming
Define approaches for enterprise API integration
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as mobile architect (android/IOS)
BS or MS in computer science with minimum 5 years of hands on development experience
Experience in mobile DevOps, automated testing, debugging tools and analytics
Advanced knowledge of application and data architecture disciplines
Knowledge of benefits vs challenges of mobile frameworks like Apcelerator, Xamarin, Ionic
Experience addressing Mobile security concerns including two-factor authentication, Bluetooth
Working knowledge of TestFlight, Google Play, Apple App Store
Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, OpenStack
