Interview: Phone and Skype

Required:
Broad knowledge of Windows operating systems and related back-office products.
Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting automation (other scripting language experience a plus
Strong understanding of Active Directory and Exchange (2010/2013/O365) – migration experience a plus.
Strong understanding of web technologies (IIS), application monitoring (CA UIM, Solarwinds Orion), system security and hardening technologies (PKI, AV, Tripwire), Internet email filtering and encryption, and authentication/authorization services.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and familiarity with load balancing technologies (F5 BigIP, Citrix Netscalers
Excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills to effectively work with fellow staff and internal customers.
Attention to detail.
Customer service orientation and sense of urgency to maintain expected service levels.
