10 to 15 years of industry experience in UX / Interaction Design
bachelor’s Degree (preferably in UX design) or relevant industry experience
Plan and conduct user research, analyze data and create reports
Analytical thinking to draw meaningful insights from available data
Ability to designs thoughtful, elegant, and intuitive interactions
Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology and QA
Awareness of W3C and Accessibility principle
Ability to Innovate - should be able to demonstrate samples
Hands on experience applying industry standards frameworks e.g. Material Design
Hands on experience desired in any emerging trends such as VR, wearables, AR, MR or voice-controlled assistants, Zero UI
