Our client''s Design & Digital Office team continually drives advancement of digital across Barclaycard. Working across the Digital lifecycle from Strategy and Solutions to Delivery & Deployment of products that are customer centered, commercially viable and innovation led. This is a service based global group that will be supporting the US, UK and Germany when it comes to customer design.

The Experience Design team provides customer interaction designs across all of Our client''sweb and mobile channels, working closely with business, technical and design colleagues to deliver digital experiences that are forward thinking, best in class and fully customer focused.

* Our client has a clear focus on creating intuitive customer experiences that are driven from an evidence based design process; you will be the lynchpin of that principle. Working with a team 20+ strong across a global team of UX, UI Design, UX copy, and product owners, you will help shape experiences through close collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Work cross functionally with colleagues global and local to shape and support a consistent set of best practices, and deliver project requirements and outputs.
* Lead projects from an experience engineering perspective and deliver against team and project processes and methodologies.
* Hands on experience design across all channels and experience touch-points, not exclusive to digital.



Desired Skills: 1. 4-5 years of experience working on responsive design projects
2. 4 years of experience with UI design (must have examples of detailed prototyping/wireframing)
3. Must have thought leadershipmeaning they should be able to contribute ideas and function without daily direction from someone as far as their project work is concerned

*agile experience a plus and experience hands on development a plus
