Location: Johnston, IA
Duration:12 Months+

Required Experience:
Strength in these areas: visual design principles, color theory, typography, iconography
Extensive experience designing for Google Material Design Guidelines
Extensive experience creating stunning pixel perfect visual designs using Sketch
Experience designing visual design component libraries based off of Material Design
Experience building sharable design systems with Craft Library
Experience prototyping with Invision
Extensive experience designing for responsive web applications
Experience designing geospatial/map-based concepts
Experience designing complex data visualization concepts
Experience working with business partners to communicate design decisions and effectively present concepts
Experience leading design workshops
Responsible for creating visual concepts at varying levels of fidelity for use in usability testing and delivery to IT
Must have strong awareness Angular Material and the technical feasibility of their designs
Leadership ability and aptitude
Experience driving and successfully delivering exceptional user focused designs

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Background or interest in biology or agriculture
Experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS/Sass a plus
