Job Description :
Responsibilities
Translate business concepts into flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead into simple, intuitive user experiences
Use a data driven approach in identifying design problems and developing elegant solutions
Apply an understanding of product strategy, performance analytics and key performance indicators to monitor performance and guide product design evolution
Employ a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate through designs
Leverage usability best practices to guide the company’s overall user experience road map
Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with Product Managers and Software Developers

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Visual Design (or related field of study) or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant User Experience design, Interaction design, Product design or related fields
3-5 years of experience designing multi-channel experiences (desktop, mobile, tablet and web)
3-5 years of experience with UX/wireframing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Sketch and/or similar tools
Ability to prototype with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
Strong understanding of interaction design and usability best practices
Deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design from a technical perspective and accessibility first from a UX perspective.
Inherent ability to lead UX initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to product stakeholders
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
