Job Description :
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and working with Human Resources to arrange travel (if needed)
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment.
A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook
5+ years experience recruiting in a start-up environment
A positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to do whatever it takes to move the process forward
College degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in sourcing and / or recruiting
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have exp with PC Recruiter ATS
