Role: Sr Technical Project Manager with Information security (InfoSec)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Interviews will be phone screen then on-site interview
Note Locals or nearby who is willing to attend on-site interview

we need to make sure that the resource is proficient in Security Compliance programs like GDPR (EU privacy policy similar to NIST standards we have in US This position will be working mainly with InfoSec group on their projects and reporting to the director. Main responsibilities are:
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
Accountable for project scope commitments and definition of overall delivery plan
Accountable for meeting project delivery milestones
Prepare and communicate project status to stakeholders
Interact with Software and Product Architects and Technical Architects/Leads (US domestic and offshore)
Produce summary reports and dashboards for executive level communications
Adhere to defined standard procedures and best practices when managing projects, ensuring a high-quality and consistent outcome
Plan and co-ordinate joint sessions with relevant cross-functional work streams.
Build trusted professional relationships with various cross-functional team leads globally; manage cross-functional dependencies with other business and technology groups
Tightly manage change requests and escalations
Work closely with local leads to track resource allocation and utilization
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7 years of enterprise software experience as a Program or Project Manager in high technology
Experience or knowledge with security control frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST SP 800-53
Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Federal Risk & Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), & managing Information Security Projects
Proven experience in managing/executing large-scale technology implementations, with onshore and offshore software engineering teams
Strong program management skills, with global software project management experience
Experience and/or familiarity in managing information security projects
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing environment
Ability to track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate across globally distributed teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Process oriented
Presentation skill using Microsoft PowerPoint a must.
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with strong experience in MS Excel
Expertise with project management software (Clarizen is a plus)
Able to quickly adapt to changes in priority
Possess solid communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude; highly collaborative, interpersonal and has solid problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently
PMP Certification desired
