Job Description:
Experience in managing matrix test teams
Test Manager experience in atleast 2 implementation projects involving Java and Selenium
- Experience in interfacing with business product managers and delivery project managers
- Experience in leading test life cycle
- Experience in defect triaging and facilitation
- Willing to facilitate defect triage bridges during on/offshore hours
- Experience in test execution report creation
- Experience in holding and leading daily stand-ups
- Experience in creating project plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Source control knowledge - GIT, Jenkins, Jira, JMeter.
- Worked in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, release and maintenance.
