Role and Responsibilities:
· Senior Tableau Architect will be responsible for design and development of analytics using Tableau and advanced data visualization tools.
· The position requires creation of Business Reqs, development of Func/Tech Designs, develop dashboards, quality check and direct off shore development and work with Client team members
This role will require collaboration with end users, project stakeholders, and support partners to identify needs, goals, metric measurements, and business models which will result in easy to understand interfaces and enable end users to quickly identify key themes within the data.
· This position will work closely with the leads, architects and managers to deliver the respective dashboards in a timely manner.
·This role will be working closely with a variety of business partners to develop, and implement analytical data models and dashboard reporting using Tableau to enable customers to analyze data and make business decisions
Key attributes sought:
· At least two years of experience in creating complex dashboard and working with complex data sets.
· Converts business requirements and specifications into Tableau presentation and data layer application solutions through effective design, coding and testing to enable and support managing operating systems related to inventory, cycle time, quality, and productivity visualizations
· Collaborate with end users, project stakeholders and support partners to identify needs, goals, and business models
· Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks
·Designs and creates data views in SQL and influences decisions regarding infrastructure and back-end data solutions in order to enable evolving analytical needs
· Utilizes Business Intelligence applications and products to develop executive dashboards and operational scorecards
· Prepares and analyzes and develop insight based on data.
·The data sources to be leveraged can be flat files, or coming as interfaces. Also the work can include: locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling.
