Interview Process: in-person (if profile is shortlist)


Duties / Responsibilities:

Analyze and define security requirements for Multilevel Security (MLS) issues.
Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to MLS requirements.
Gather and organize technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena.
Perform risk analyses, which also include risk assessment.
Work independently and lead MHBE security staff through an assessment of information security controls related to MARS-e version 2.0.
Complete Security Control Technical Testing, Network and Component Scanning, Configuration Assessment, Documentation review, Personnel Interviews and Observations for a moderate system.
Create an independent Security and Privacy Assessment Report.
Adhere to all security, change control and client processes, tools and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in analysis and definition of enterprise IT security requirements.
A minimum of two (2) years of MARSe-v2.0 security and privacy policies and performing Independent Security Assessments for CMS or State Based Marketplaces, requiring authority to connect with CMS.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience assessing NIST 800-53 Rev 4 Security and Privacy Controls.
Possess CISSP, CISM or CISA certifications.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications, evaluation of approved security product capabilities, and developing solutions to MLS problems.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in completing Independent Security Assessment for CMS or State Based Marketplace.
