Job Description :
Qualifications:
Candidate must have serious schedule flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Preference is for people with Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop support experience, hardware installation experience, and knowledge/experience similar to that of a field engineer.
Responsibilities:
Install and de-install critical network, server, security, appliances, in critical data centers.
Must be neat and understand the importance and criticality of a major data center.
Much work is performed after normal business hours.
Must adhere to Change Management Process.
Understand networking and server technologies.
Understand power requirements and floor load needs.
Adhere to data center best practices.
Able to work well with other teams such as engineering and Project Management.
Reliable and able to be flexible in working schedule on short notice.
Able to accurately provide estimates to projects.
