Job Title: Software Engineer Senior
Location: San Jose, CA 95134
Duration: 4 months with possibility for an extension

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Work with Product owners and Executive Team in understanding the requirements and come up with a Design
Design, develop and build scalable Spark streaming applications and RESTful Web services
Develop and deploy micro services using latest web technologies
Work with cross functional teams and communicate with Remote Teams

Qualification:
Must have 15+ years of Software industry experience
10+ years of experience building large scale applications using Java
2+ years of experience building streaming applications using Spark
Strong knowledge of Data structures and Algorithms
Very good at fundamentals of Object Oriented Programming
4+ years of experience with NOSQL Technologies (Hadoop, Mongo)
Strong knowledge of AWS EC2 containers and S3
BS in computer science or Engineering. Masters is a plus
Knowledge of NFL/NCAA Football

Nice to have:
Experience with Docker Containers or similar
Experience with Caching Frameworks (Memcached or similar)
Experience in Kafka/Kafka Streaming
