Demonstrated experience leading development or engineering teams towards speed, predictability and quality.
Demonstrated experience in designing data architecture solutions to address design problems or requirements.
Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality work within estimated time constraints, ensuring data architecture remains fast, flexible, and serves the needs of the end user.
Strong in RESTful API integrations (e.g. Stripe, Cloudinary, Pusher
Demonstrated experience in implementing efficient and scalable test-driven development components.
Strong in personal organization and attention to detail.
Strong in translating business requirements to manageable projects/tasks for the Development Team.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Proficient understanding of single page web app development using AngularJS, React, Polymer or equivalent.
Proficient understanding of continuous deployment processes.
Experience Requirements
5+ years developing with web app frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails, Microsoft MVC or Python Django.
