Required Skills:
· 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Highly desired
· SiteMinder (SM [5 years] Knowledge and experience with CA Single Sign On including Policy creation, performance tuning, perl scripting, experience w Required 5 Years
· Identity Manager (IM) – [5 years] Knowledge and experience with CA Identity Manager including installation, IME creation, performance tuning Required 5 Years
· IBM WebSphere – [2 years] Knowledge and experience with IBM WebSphere including experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of installed ap Required 2 Years
· AD – [5 years] Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory including LDIF and PowerShell scripting Required 5 Years
· TEWS -Work directly with application developers to facilitate proper utilization of TEWS calls for all available web services Required 5 Years
· JAVA - experience creating and modifying JAVA code for BLTH (Business logic task handler) LAH (Logical attribute handler) Required 5 Years
· Policy Express- experience with creation and modification of Policy Express policies. Required 5 Years

L&I is requesting a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and advanced experience with Identity Manager, SiteMinder, Active Directory and WebSphere development and administration
L&I is requesting a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and advanced experience with Identity Manager, SiteMinder, Active Directory and WebSphere development and administration. The resource will be in support of the Identity and Access management team, part of the Enterprise Security and Compliance section reporting to the agency Information Security Officer. The resource will aid the Department of Labor & Industry in multiple projects that are being modernized including a web front end. Applications will be developed using COTS or custom code and use role base access controls.
