Skills
??Hands-on experience (at least 2 Years) on ServiceNow.
??Functional Exposure along with implementation and development knowledge on various ITSM Module (Incident, Problem, Change, Features, Release, PPM, Facilities, Service Catalog , Configuration and Asset Management )
??Must be technically savvy and able to design and build ServiceNow platform applications that meet business goals and objectives
Responsibilities
??Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
??Create and configure Server and client sides scripting like Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting.
??Extensive knowledge and Hands-on experience on Workflow and Form design of Service Catalog, Record Producer, Order Guide.
??Create and configure Rest API’s and Inbound Notification.
??Strong Hands on experience on REST, SOAP,LDAP Integration, Inboundand Outbound setup.
??Development knowledge on Service Portal, Widget.
??Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. inside of the ServiceNow environment
??Coordinate and manage application and platform upgrades.
??Perform day to day support and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms and applications, work with functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the team.
??Work closely with ServiceNow team leads and Solution Architects to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage and support the development and support processes.
Soft Skills
-Excellent Communication and Presentation skill.
-Experience in Customer facing role must.
