Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Duration: 6 months C2P
Location: any major USA city
Travel 50%+

8+ yrs. ServiceNow Developer
Create & develop customized ITSM/ITOM apps within ServiceNow environments.
Design, configure, develop & implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. Provide architectural input and help maintain stability of overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are used at all times
Design, configure, customize ServiceNow platform to implement/sustain any of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Custom reporting, Analytics, Customer Service Management, HR, Legal, Marketing Modules, Service Portal
Integrate ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications; Prepare and produce releases of software components
Core configuration - personalizing forms/lists and administering applications & modules; Ability to manage tables, relationships and metadata in ServiceNow. Experience with run book automation, self-service and SN workflows; Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools.
Utilizes modern Agile/Scrum development processes, story builds, test and validation.
Able to consult with customers, lead Q&A sessions, gather requirements, specify functionality, workflow, process, UI, etc.
Leveraging best practices and procedures related to IT service management, the Senior-level ServiceNow Developer will develop and analyze functional requirements, identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to business requirements.
Developing skills with any of the following programming languages: JavaScript (preference), XML, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
Develop Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
Bachelor’s Degree or Masters preferred
