In this role, you will help our client migrate to Service Portals and streamline existing catalog items while playing a technical mentor role for the other team members.

Requirements:

· Proficient with Service Portals and prior Service Portals implementation or migration experience.

· Expert in ITSM module with thorough knowledge in Shopping carts, Order guides, Order guide templates, Catalog items etc.

· Prior custom and scoped application development experience.

· ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party software and application.

· Technical skills includes but not limited to; AngularJS, JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, SOAP/REST, JQuery, XML, HTML and CSS.

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with both ServiceNow and ITIL certification is preferred.
