We're looking for a Sr. Security Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects within our clients Security portfolio. You will be responsible for reducing cost, improving customer experience, and optimizing reporting & analytic operations.

As the Sr. Security Program Manager, you will:

Lead cross-functional projects within our clients’ portfolio to reduce cost, improve customer experience, and optimize
reporting & analytic operations

Provide direct support to our clients practice and work closely with their Operations team

Ensure the delivery of all security services

Manage client accounts, projects/portfolios

Drive definition and closure of project requirements, project plans/schedules, and resource needs with stakeholders
and within team resources

Manage programs and/or project portfolio

Provide consistent program status and progress against objectives

Manage collaboration and conflict resolution across organization

Analyze security services offerings define cost models and success metrics

Assist in building out and maturing the PMO

Raise accountability

Escalate issues in a timely manner

Create and maintain detailed Project Plans

Resolve issues, dependencies and conflicts

Involve and engage with all team members

Assess situations and make recommend changes to achieve goals,

Ensure projects are successfully implemented

Own and contribute to project/program management best practices

Innovate & champion processes/methodologies at project level

Job Requirements for Sr. Security Program Manager:

5+ years of experience in Program and/or Program Management

Experience working in a Technical or Enterprise environment

2+ years of experience building dashboards

Cyber Security experience

Sr. level experience with network technologies & concepts

Previous SOC or NOC experience

Proven experience working with networking, security and applications

Experience working in an ITIL environment

Working knowledge of SIEM technologies and Firewalls, IDPS, TCP/IP and other security tools

Proven ability to assess situations and recommend changes to achieve goals

Incident Response experience

Experience working with automated project management tools (ex. Microsoft Project)

Familiarity with and analytics tools: Business Objects, Apex, and/or Tableau

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

PMP Certification preferred

CISSP certification preferred
