Job Description:
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience is required
Minimum 5 years of Agile experience is also a must
Should have handled minimum of TWO projects as a Scrum Master with all required ceremonies
Should be a certified Scrum Master
Having SAFe knowledge is an added advantage
Should be familiar with both Kanban process and Agile metrices
Should be well versed with at least one ALM tool like TFS, JIRA, etc.,
Should have excellent written and communication skills
Should be able to independently guide the team on all activities like Daily stand-up, User Story and Acceptance Criteria writing, User Story de-composition, Planning poker, capacity planning, backlog refinement, Tracking of effort of team on a daily basis and reporting metrices, etc.
