Title: Sr. Salesforce developer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Description:
Must have a total of 6+ years experience and at least 4+ of Salesforce Implementation experience
Must have following Technical Skills
Salesforce development, unit testing, data migration.
Configure Salesforce application, Apex coding, Visual Force pages etc., Integration development
Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews.
Contributes to test scripts, test cases.
Participate in testing in general and performs unit tests.
Review and prepare the technical design document.
Secondary Functional and Reporting Skills
Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains.
Strong technical aptitude, Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking problem solving methodologies.
Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results. Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Quality Documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions preferred.
Good to have Lightning Experience.
He/She must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage the integration process.
Should be equipped with sound technical knowledge, be assertive in instructing and allocating workload to offshore team, be confident in leading the remediation of issues and identifying the path to completion, and be thorough and effective in providing feedback, status, and communication to key stakeholders.
At least 2 or more from the following certifications -
Should be salesforce certified 501 or Advanced Developer.
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
Salesforce Platform Developer 1.
